Your Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor ETD, you will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining electrical automation and instrumentation control systems. Your role will center on ensuring safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. You will coordinate and oversee the daily activities of a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians, making sure preventive maintenance and repairs are performed according to the asset management plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the electrical department, covering instrumentation, control systems, and safety measures;
- Assist in the development of operational and capital budgets, including the estimation of labor, material, and construction costs;
- Oversee the commissioning and startup of new equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards;
- Utilize computer-aided engineering and design software to create accurate electrical system designs aligned with project needs;
- Manage inventory and order necessary equipment, materials, and electrical parts to support smooth and efficient operations;
- Coordinate contract maintenance services and work closely with other departments and external vendors to meet customer expectations;
- Handle personnel decisions including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.

What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience;
- Professional proficiency in the Dutch language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of supervisory experience;
- Strong coaching and leadership skills for guiding maintenance technicians;
- Experience designing and building electrical systems, including power, lighting, and signal systems;
- In-depth experience with PLC programming;
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
